However, she advises caution with single-family homes, suggesting that the market might not hit its bottom for another 12 months.
"Interest rates are likely to fluctuate before stabilizing at a more normalized level," Myers predicts. "For those looking to invest in single-family homes, waiting until rates fall below 3% might be prudent. Meanwhile, multifamily properties could present more immediate opportunities as cap rates adjust."
