The YouthX Young Chef Challenge, held as part of Gulfood 2023, saw highly talented chefs from around the world compete in the international finals to win a once-in-a-lifetime, one-week internship at La Pergola, a three Michelin-star restaurant in Rome, under the direction of renowned Chef Heinz Beck. The three young chefs, Yubak Bista, Sidney Mathews, and Sameera Shaw from Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, returned with new skills and culinary techniques that continuously enhance their careers.
