Navigating Post-Graduation Blues: A Journey of Uncertainty & Self discovery

We've all heard about postpartum depression, but have you ever experienced the blues right after finishing college? It's that time when you're not sure what to do with your life. Everyone around you seems busy, earning money, getting married, and there you are without a proper job. It can really bring you down, making you question your worth and losing your confidence.

Talking to your family becomes difficult because you don't have answers to their questions. Enjoying even a little feels like a burden because it's like you've taken a loan from your family.

After graduation, you realize that even breathing seems to cost money. No matter how talented or educated you are, it doesn't seem to matter when the timing isn't right. You face rejection from dream jobs and end up doing odd jobs just to say you're employed.

Entering the real world after graduation feels like you've gained a ton of weight, making it hard to move forward. The guilt hits hard when you fail at simple tasks given by your family, making you feel like a loser.

No matter how hard you try—whether it's meditation, yoga, or journaling—nothing seems to work when you're not happy with your life. Friends far away might think you have a perfect life, but only you know the untold story.

As the new year approaches, there's a hopeful wish for change. Looking forward to better days, the struggles faced after college are acknowledged. Despite the challenges, there's a determination to navigate through uncertainties and find a path that aligns with personal aspirations. It's about embracing the unique journey and emerging stronger on the other side. The goal is to overcome the post-graduation blues, regain confidence, and step into the future with renewed optimism. Here's to hoping that the upcoming year brings the much-needed positive shift in time and circumstances.
