Also, during my interactions with attendees, I conducted a brief survey and observed the following key points:
- Universal Agreement on Potential: All attendees recognized the potential of Generative AI and similar technologies. However, most are not using them due to two main reasons: ongoing implementations and lack of training.
- Current Practices: Most of the attendees still rely on manual methods for data analysis, research, and report preparation. Although they have shown interest in learning and applying Generative AI tools in their work areas.
- Awareness of AI Tools: Despite all the news around Copilot and other AI tools, attendees lacked knowledge on how these tools could enhance productivity in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Adoption and use cases: Very few attendees had GenAI/ChatGPT or similar tools on their mobile devices. However, when informed about their usefulness through use cases, most attendees downloaded #Microsoft #Copilot. Upon using it, they experienced the transformative power of technology.
