Navigating a New Journey: Paving the Path Forward with Intuitive Technology Group

Have you ever started a new journey that you were so excited about, but when you started, the map didn't have all the paths laid out directly for you? If that sounds familiar, that is my current journey. I've taken on a new adventure with the incredible team I've been searching for over the past 12 months, and now, we're embarking on this journey together, ready to create new pathways.

One thing to remember is that we have an amazing foundation and a few pathways already laid out. Now, we just have to keep our foundational values in mind as we pave new paths to help our company grow, diversify, and expand.

I find myself right in the middle of this exciting journey, feeling the pressure to move fast. This is partly due to my nature as an activator; I like to move quickly and make things happen. But I'm fortunate to have colleagues surrounding me, reminding me that it's not a competition, and I can slow down to make the right choices while still staying true to our foundational values at Intuitive Technology Group. After all, the team and values are what drew me to the company in the first place.

While we focus on growing Intuitive Technology Group, we may find that not every company will be the right fit for us as we forge ahead while staying true to our values. And that's perfectly fine. We want to ensure that we inspire our internal employees, our consultants, and our clients. To achieve this, we must prioritize and focus on the values that our company was built upon.
