Add to it their personal commitments and constraints puts a toll on their mental health. The VC ecosystem, the accelerators and incubators all should focus on the mental fitness of the founders.

2 个月The trickle down stress wears on the entire team too. I’ve definitely been part of startups where the pressure cooker environment burned a number of employees out. High turnover then contributes to mirrored stress. Startups definitely need strategies to manage the lad and improve mental health!
