Ver well said Lomit Patel. Focus on mental health of founders is important as a founder myself I am on a roller coaster ride. You called out all the main struggles a founder goes through. Add to it their personal commitments and constraints puts a toll on their mental health. The VC ecosystem, the accelerators and incubators all should focus on the mental fitness of the founders.

The trickle down stress wears on the entire team too. I’ve definitely been part of startups where the pressure cooker environment burned a number of employees out. High turnover then contributes to mirrored stress. Startups definitely need strategies to manage the lad and improve mental health!
