Understanding your goals is not a one-time activity, but an ongoing process of introspection and reflection. Over time, you might notice that your goals evolve, and that’s okay. It’s important to give yourself the space and time to reassess your aspirations and make necessary adjustments. Remember, this is your career journey, and it ought to align with your unique personal and professional goals.

The more detailed your plan, the easier it will be for you to keep track of your progress and make necessary adjustments along the way.

Remember, your plan should not be set in stone. It should be flexible enough to accommodate unexpected changes and adapt to evolving circumstances. It’s okay if you don’t have all the answers right now, the idea is to start somewhere and refine as you go along.
