As the aviation industry continues to expand, so does the demand for skilled aviation professionals. According to Boeing's Pilot and Technician Outlook 2020-2039, the global aviation industry will need to recruit and train over 2.4 million new aviation personnel, including 617,000 pilots and 679,000 maintenance technicians, over the next 20 years to meet growing demand and replace retiring professionals.

For example, China is expected to require tens of thousands of new pilots and maintenance technicians over the next few years to support its expanding aviation industry.

These initiatives aim to address skills shortages and ensure a steady supply of qualified aviation professionals to meet growing demand.
