According to a recent study by Deloitte, millennials now make up approximately 35% of the global workforce, and this number is steadily increasing as more millennials enter leadership positions within organizations. Despite their growing presence in leadership roles, many millennials still face challenges in gaining respect and recognition from older, more established colleagues.
A lot of young "millennial" professionals are being promoted to the leadership team of their organizations, marking a significant milestone in their career journey. Full of ambition and ready to bring fresh perspectives to the table, they eagerly embrace their new role. However, they soon realize that their voice is often disregarded, and their ideas are frequently dismissed. Sadly, this experience mirrors the struggles that many young leaders encounter in today's corporate landscape.
