To gain deeper insights into what’s ahead for talent acquisition, LinkedIn surveyed thousands of recruiting professionals, spoke with top talent leaders, and analyzed billions of data points generated on the LinkedIn platform. They came up with six predictions, and today we will focus on two of them.

Prediction - AI will supercharge recruiting
LinkedIn’s first prediction in the report focuses on AI and its impact on talent acquisition.?
LinkedIn's survey reveals that only 27% of talent professionals currently employ or test Gen AI technology. However, six out of 10 recruiters feel positive about using AI in recruitment . Additionally, the number of recruiters who have included AI skills in their profiles rose by 14% in the previous year.
Among recruiting pros using Gen AI, 57% agree the top benefit is the ability to write job descriptions faster and more efficiently. While 45% agree that they use AI to automate tasks, freeing up their time for more fulfilling work.

Even as Gen AI automates many recruiting tasks, TA pros can’t forget that the human touch is still essential. This is where soft skills will shine.?

Prediction - Quality of hire will top the recruiting agenda
