Hello fellow goal getters,

It feels like we are hurtling towards summer and so today I’m thinking about rest.? I am on the cusp of a vacation and feeling like I need a chance to restore myself, time away from my screen to think and also to enjoy the company of my Privy Council (an amazing group of wicked-smart women).

Have you planned for rest this year?? I’m a planner at heart, but it’s hard for me to envision a whole year, and what I’ll need.? Right now, I’m wishing I did a better planning job of rest, because this vacation feels like it’s coming a little too late.? Luckily for me, there is time for me to revisit the calendar and make sure the rest of the year doesn’t unfold the same way.??

Are you prioritizing rest and ensuring that you take your vacation?? Leaving your own needs until last makes it harder to get out of that comfort zone and chase our Big Gorgeous Goals.? Understanding that our needs for data, information and opinion will change over the year and businesses grow and change.? Decision-making is a practice, not a destination!
