During negotiations, it’s a good idea to discuss employee integration strategies and, where possible, securing commitments regarding retention.

Communication Strategy: Maintaining Trust and Stability

Employees don’t just want information, they want clarity. In the absence of a well-defined communication strategy, rumors and uncertainty can spread, damaging morale and productivity.
