The Collaborative Venture with Audi: Pioneering AI Modules Joining forces with Audi, I spearheaded the development of GoldenAlgo AI Modules, a collaborative venture with the Volkswagen (VW) Group. In this role, my responsibilities ranged from systematic project requirement gathering to leading initiatives in sensor data annotation. As an Annotation Analyst, I specialized in Image Processing, Intelligent Video Analytics, and Data Annotation. The successful execution of OEM initiatives and Verification & Validation (V&V) projects showcased the prowess of collaborative efforts.
  2. IT Management: A Multifaceted Role My tenure as an Information Technology Manager showcased my proficiency as a problem solver and multilingual support specialist. From diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues to coordinating with internal support staff and vendors, I honed a diverse skill set. The adept management of user accounts and the implementation of an advanced Incident Management System underscored my commitment to efficiency.
  3. Guardian of Data Centers at the State Bank of Pakistan During my stint at the State Bank of Pakistan, I navigated the intricate landscape of Data Center and Network operations. My role involved overseeing Temenos T24 Banking applications, managing IT Operations, and ensuring the availability of critical applications. The meticulous handling of system performance reports and prompt resolution of EOD-related issues highlighted my dedication to maintaining robust IT infrastructure.
  4. Driving Operational Excellence at PTCL As Assistant Business Manager at PTCL, I collaborated with the Business Manager to evaluate and optimize operational processes continually. Overseeing field operations, including the McKenzie Revamp Project and CSR KPIs, showcased my commitment to operational efficiency. Leading a technical team, I ensured seamless customer support and development work at telephone exchanges, reflecting my holistic approach to management.
  5. Technical Support NOC Engineer: A Brief Interlude In a short but impactful role as a Technical Support NOC Engineer, I contributed to maintaining the seamless operations of the Service Desk. My responsibilities ranged from evaluating operational processes to overseeing the provisioning and resolution of broadband and video services.
  6. The Foundation: Customer Premises Equipment Installer My journey began as a Customer Premises Equipment Installer, where I cultivated foundational skills in addressing DSL links' patching issues. Over eight years, I honed my expertise in resolving diverse issues, from ADSL and VDSL services to Static IP and VPN connectivity.

Conclusion: Reflecting on my journey, from the intricacies of IT management to the forefront of AI collaborations, I am reminded of the dynamic nature of technology.
