1 年This article nicely highlights the pros and cons of the new way of working remotely and on-site. How to manouver best in this environment? I guess it the answer is "tailor to the specific team". In our team, 1.we still have one day per day where everyone is in the office ==> helps scheduling workshops, co-creation time and simply nice social interactions. 2. we have stepped away from hybrid meetings (partial on-&offline) to all being online, even the colleagues in the office. It is so much struggle to contribute 'from the screen' to an in-the-room discussion. With a full virtual approach, we enable "equality" of all participants, everyone is equally heard. 3. our internal chat system supports spontaneous interactions when you don't see each other. When "do you have a minute?" is not possible F2F, we can do in online. Happy to read more about your concrete experiences how to best work in the new era. Thank you! ??
