100% agree on investing in cyber education - the challenge is educating employees/people outside of the cybersecurity industry in a way that's engaging and relatable for them. A lot of security awareness training is quite boring or seems irrelevant to the average employee, so we have to provide training that is engaging for those of us who simply don't have the same interest or understanding as those in the field. Otherwise - they'll just play boring training videos in the background of other work they're doing (and, therefore, get nothing out of it).
