Starting my journey with data has been an exciting adventure, filled with continuous learning and the exploration of data's powerful impact. This adventure always leads to new projects, concepts, and innovations. My fascination with data began decades ago, guiding me from creating simple static lists to participating innovative projects at the Business Data Challengers . Here, we leverage data for groundbreaking applications in medical imaging, sports science, customer engagement and so on.

Reflecting on this journey, I feel compelled to share what I believe gives data its true value—not just as mere numbers but as a narrative that can shape our future.

Why Data Literacy Matters

It combines real-world stories of triumphs and challenges, aiming to clarify data and make it universally understandable and accessible. The path was challenging, especially facing personal hurdles like dyslexia, yet the support I’ve received underscored that overcoming these obstacles enriches the narrative we share.

Embracing "Critical thinking" is paramount, especially with the proliferation of generative AI tools, and it begins with our youth, shaping our future and those using these technologies.

Alongside, emotional intelligence plays a significant role in data and analytics world, enhancing the connection between data and human experiences, thereby transforming proficient data professionals into exceptional ones.
