Navigating the CWP Maze: The Power of Consultation
In the dynamic realm of talent acquisition and workforce management, the ability to make informed decisions stands as the cornerstone of success. With more than three decades of experience in the human capital space, and having observed the evolution of Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Vendor Management Systems (VMSs), and the broader contingent workforce, one of the most gratifying aspects of my current role is offering consultation services.
Before recently joining TalentProcure, I contemplated hanging my own shingle, like many of my former colleagues and peers who have embarked on the entrepreneurial path. Remarkably, only a handful of those VMS providers from that era still endure today, underscoring the industry's perpetual evolution. I also had the unique opportunity to lead projects aimed at globalizing MSPs, transcending conventional in-country agreements, and traversing the globe to meet with in-country executives and legal teams.
As the industry advanced, I was intrigued by the expansion of the Statements of Work (SOW) and Independent Contractor (IC) management programs, followed by the unprecedented upheaval ushered in by the COVID-19 pandemic. Along this journey, I have cultivated a wonderful network of experienced professionals and reputable organizations, fostering collaborations and referrals.
