The global railway sector is entering an era of unprecedented transformation. From national or private operators, infrastructure and networks, rolling stock manufacturers, component suppliers, to engineering firms, every player is interconnected in a complex ecosystem. ?

Adding to this are constantly evolving regulations, privatizations of national operators, and cross-border standardization, creating an environment where the only constant is change. In such a context, a purely opportunistic approach to mature or emerging markets is no longer sufficient. ?

Success requires a strategy rooted in diplomacy, capable of bringing partners together around ambitious projects. These are precisely the skills I have developed: orchestrating multidisciplinary and multicultural alliances, navigating complex environments, and transforming challenges into growth opportunities. ?

My experience in Russia allowed me to work in contexts where stakeholders’ roles – client, competitor, and partner – often intertwined. For example, working with Transmashholding (TMH) and coordinating the interests of joint ventures in Kazakhstan while addressing stakeholders' demands required a long-term vision and constant adaptability. ?
