Adapting to a rapidly evolving workplace?

For professionals facing changing roles, the biggest challenges include proving they can successfully work from home, integrating AI into their daily tasks, and managing multi-generational teams. LinkedIn data shows a 123% increase in posts mentioning flexible work over the past two years, as more companies evolve their return-to-office (RTO) mandates. Meanwhile, the use of LinkedIn Learning courses to build AI skills has spiked by 117% among non-technical professionals in the last year.?

Staying current with news and insights from trusted experts like LinkedIn Top Voices can help you understand how AI developments may impact your daily work and what they might look like in the future. Follow people you trust and want to learn from, such as NYU Professor Suzy Welch, who offers valuable insights on the evolution of workplace culture and the skills needed to be successful.?

With a willingness to learn, you can build knowledge in areas that will make navigating change easier. Take AI, for instance. Practicing prompt writing or using AI to take meeting notes will make it easier to use these tools in the future. My Bluesky Experience: A Reality Check for "Art Advisor" ?? When I joined Bluesky, I was thrilled to secure the handle @ArtAdvisor. Naturally, I thought I’d be the first result for anyone searching “Art Advisor.” Easy win, right? But here’s the reality check: despite having the exact handle, I was buried under a long list of other profiles—some with extra words, some with different variations of the title. My simple, clear handle didn’t seem to give me any boost in visibility. In fact, I couldn’t even find myself in the results. As I am always selling, visibility is crucial. It made me appreciate platforms like LinkedIn, where verified profiles help establish credibility and make it easier to connect authentically. Being able to stand out and know who you’re connecting with truly matters. hashtag #ArtAdvisor hashtag #LinkedIn
