?In a period when the interest in coaching within Romanian organizations is growing, ICF Romania is organizing the conference "Navigating Change – Creating Adaptive Communities" on March 6-7, 2024, in Bucharest. The conference, already a tradition, is the largest in Southeast Europe, dedicated to coaching and leadership, exploring how communities can play an essential role in transforming society into a more adaptable one through mindset change.

On the first day of the event, March 6, the keynote speaker will be Philippe Rosinski, a pioneer in intercultural and global coaching, the first European to achieve the MCC (Master Certified Coach) designation from ICF. He is the author of two landmark books, "Coaching Across Cultures" and "Global Coaching," and has contributed as a co-author to 16 books. Philippe Rosinski is actively involved in prestigious academic institutions, including Harvard University and Cambridge University.

Richard Boyatzis is an author, professor, and top expert in leadership development and emotional intelligence.
