Today, I want to talk to you about a critical issue many businesses face: the low success rate of new appointments. Did you know that only about 50 percent of new appointments are successful in the long run? This statistic highlights a significant problem—wasted time and money in the recruitment process. The Current Problem
A client of mine recently faced this challenge head-on. He appointed a recruitment agency to help fill a general management role in his business. The cost? A hefty 12 percent of the annual earnings for the position. Unfortunately, by the second month, it became clear that the new hire wasn't a good fit, and what was promised by the agency didn’t pan out. This scenario underscores the need for a more effective recruitment strategy.
