In my 25-year tenure within the construction industry, I've witnessed and overcome numerous challenges that have shaped my career and enriched my professional journey. As a Senior Project Manager at Bridgestone Projects for the past 1 year and 8 months, I've had the privilege to lead and contribute to diverse projects, specialising in Design & Construct initiatives.
My career began with a solid foundation in Engineering, Architectural Drafting and Project Management, complemented by licenses as a Builder, Supervisor, and Carpenter. This multidisciplinary background has equipped me to navigate through various sectors, including Commercial Construction, Residential Developments, Structural and Mechanical Engineering, Subdivisions, and large-scale Refurbishments.
Throughout the years, the construction industry has faced formidable obstacles, none more challenging than the recent global pandemic. The resulting disruptions, such as resource shortages and cost escalations, tested our resilience and ingenuity. Despite these hurdles, I am proud to have been part of a team that successfully delivered significant projects, including the prestigious Chateau?development in Castle Hill.
My approach to project management emphasizes strategic planning, meticulous execution, and fostering a collaborative environment where challenges are met with innovative solutions. I believe in upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practices, ensuring that each project not only meets but exceeds expectations.
