Navigating Burnout: A Deep Dive with Expert Cait Donovan
I've found that a lot of entrepreneurs and busy professionals are finding ways to get burned out, whether they are making money or not.
Everyone (well, you) expects you to:
-Create more cOnTeNT!!!
-Answer emails immediately
-Lead your team
-Use ChatGPT for all the things
-Check Slack
-Have a weekly date night with your spouse
-Show empathy
-Send them a proposal ASAP so they can have it for a stakeholder’s meeting next month
-Go to the gym
-Read your P/L
-KPI something something
-Get 8 hours of sleep
-Be present
-AI stuff more and more
-Check your kid’s TikTok account
-Start a gratitude journal
-Stay off your phone, but use it 6 hours a day
A lot of those things should be a priority.
