Navigating Agency Life and Cultivating Client Success with Phaedon

Our Inigo staff had the pleasure of welcoming industry professionals from Phaedon . They are an independent agency in Chicago that specializes in brand engagement, loyalty-building and transformative marketing strategies, to our classroom last week. We were inspired by the experiences shared by Phaedon’s team members Maddie Ganoe and Daniel Collazo, M.S. , both Loyola Chicago alumni and former Inigo Members.??

Ganoe, Collazo and Sabrina Tartaglia , an Account Executive at Phaedon, serve as our mentors and work closely with our account team to create strategic deliverables and refine our marketing efforts.?

At Phaedon, the agency’s goal is to focus on rousing brand participation, cultivating loyalty and driving transformation to help their clients reach new heights. During their visit we gained valuable insight into the impactful projects they’ve been working on recently, from launching creative campaigns and Super Bowl ads to SOL’s “SOLar Umbrellas,” which addresses safety concerns for Latino Street vendors by incorporating activism and solving real-world issues. They also host unique events that creatively merge brands and engage diverse audiences. Phaedon’s work showcases the power of combining strategy with authenticity.???

In light of the alumni presence during the visit, the discussion highlighted how Inigo is more than just a student-run agency; it’s a safe place to explore different roles and interests, preparing us for real-world challenges. Through a Q&A panel, the Phaedon team emphasized how Inigo goes beyond the classroom, offering invaluable experiences to network and connect with real professionals. Hearing how Ganoe’s and Collazo’s journey with Inigo prepared them for the dynamic world of agency life was very informative. Maddie shared how Inigo helped her transition smoothly into her role at Phaedon, reinforcing the importance of networking, asking questions and embracing opportunities.
