“Neglect not the gift that is in thee…"

God created every man on earth with the right mixture of graces that make up each man’s unique gift. This is what makes each man on earth unique. No man is therefore useless because he possesses the gift and graces that he needs to become all that God wants him to be. 

However, only those who discover, harness and maximize their God-given gifts make their way to the top. Successful people are those who release their gifts. This is the ability to put your gift into proper use in a proper place that brings you into favour and makes you an outstanding success both before God and men. 

What gift or skill have you locked away for so long? Our scriptural text today is a direct instruction to you: do not despise or neglect God’s gift in your life, rather, value and nurture it to earn your place of esteem amongst your peers and to bring glory to God. That is the way to go in your quest to enjoy God’s favour and take delivery of His promises today!

Let's Pray For SIERRA LEONE ????...

Over half of its population are Muslims. During the 20th Century, Islam grew from 10% to over 60% of the population. The conflict in the nation in the past has left many traumatized; rape victims, victims from mutilation and maiming and former child soldiers.

????We are praying for ministries that will reach out to those involved in crime and violence and provide opportunities for them to live whole and wholesome lives.

?? START-UP PRAYER:

Dear Lord, help me to put my gift into proper use this year in Jesus name.

? PRAYER FOR JERUSALEM

Father I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (ps 122;6)

?? PRAYER OF REDEDICATION

Dear Father, I am grateful for the gift of a new month in the year 2018 and for being my shield, my fortress and exceeding great reward. I rededicate my whole self to you today: body, soul and spirit. Let your word be true in my life as you lead me into the fulfilment of all your promises in Jesus Name. Amen.
