Navigate Your Course A journey of self discovery

In the world of highly connected, it is my observation that we are incredibly disconnected and missing the power skills of connection, engagement and self awareness of how we land on others by way of relationship building, impact and engagement. The majority of my life has been focused on human behavior working with corporate professionals. This summer I was in a group conversation with John Maxwell and the direction of the conversation was contrasting success vs. significance. The challenge John gave was to be significant and that got me thinking. It was in that moment last August that I knew my life work and knowledge would be most significant working with young people, their families and the schools they are educated in around the country.

Solutions Provided, LLC. is pleased to announce Navigate Your Course a complete series of learning that incorporates that the new Student Success Report for students 8 to 12 years old and the Career and College Readiness Report for students 12 to 21 is now available for students. 

This new report is designed to help students understand their personality style, their strengths, growth areas, and how to help them connect more in their classroom. The reports give insight for educators, parents and students on their learning style, areas of strength and communication style.

This can be useful for Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programs, mental awareness, mindset and being mindful of various easy to engage, connect and communicate. The report can be used for professional development, guidance, student assemblies and other methods of engagement.

Key learning outcomes are:

1. Understanding which of the four primary personality styles students have the most energy in. In other words, their special gifts, talents, and personality that make them amazing.
2. How a student’s personality shows up with others. This is helpful at both home and school.
3. Typical ways students may act in school. The student will find new ways to enjoy school.
4. Students will learn how to grow into the best version of THEMSELVES by enhancing their strengths, skills, and talents.
5. What motivates students. We all have motivators to get us to act, your student will learn their personal motivators.
6. What are some of the student’s greatest strengths? Whether you call them strengths, talents or gifts, these are the areas where you can have the most success.
7. SPECIAL parent and teacher sections are included to help better connect with their student or child. We provide you with a tailored roadmap for your student’s pathway to success.

This report is an additional impact product available in our suite of student-based reports. Earlier this year we launched our College & Career Impact Report that is designed to help high school students make better college and career decisions. Both reports are having a lot of success in school districts, due to its detailed and specific information for the student.
