Blake, I ?? your article to express my appreciation for sharing, and my kudos to you for writing your book, and sharing your LinkedIn Learning course. Conducting a LinkedIn Learning course over time because you HAVE TO is a job. But conducting a course because you WANT TO is a passion. Having read your book and previewing your course, I certainly know you have passion. I especially appreciate and applaud your #1 leadership challenge, "technological disruption". I'm concerned, though, that with the rapidity of such advances, the course will be GREAT now, but soon, will be out of touch with the reality of AI and digital transformation. I guess we shall see what we shall see. In the future, we shall see what I have foreseen. Given that your course is free to those of us with a LinkedIn profile, I'm sure that our learning experience will be priceless. ??

What I particularly appreciate about this approach is the emphasis on integrating technology to elevate customer experience without losing sight of the company’s core goals. It's easy to feel overwhelmed by the rapid pace of digital transformation, but Blake provides a framework to help leaders adapt and harness these technologies effectively.
