NAUMAC and Flint start Joint Venture

Neil Burbidge, managing director of Flint International, and Tjeerd Nauta, managing director of NAUMAC, signed the contracts today for the Joint Venture Flint Benelux.

Flint does business in over 20 countries around the world, delivering services to Tier 1 and Tier 2 mobile network operators and vendors.

To create shareholder value Flint aims to further differentiate itself from it competitors through local footprint and compliance in the area of Labour and Tax laws. Flint had already implemented a compliant way of working in Germany, but was still lacking one for the Netherlands and Belgium.

NAUMAC, specialist in staffing Telecom and IT professionals, has run a successful business in the Benelux for over more than 12 years now.

Flint and NAUMAC have been building a relationship for three years now, and as business for the Netherlands and Belgium is likely to pick up, it seemed obvious to take the next step by establishing a joint venture.

That point was reached as of today – Flint Benelux has been established with the ambition to bring together the best of both partners in providing highly skilled professionals and teams that enable mobile projects and solutions.
