Breathe in deep 

Relish the fresh air

Sense the chair as comfort

Feel its warm embrace 

As you relax deeper

Enjoying a slower pace 

Delight in the scent of the lilacs 

Surrounding you in full bloom

Soothing your mind

As the nightingale 

Softly sings her Spring tune 

As you relax and unwind 

Your imagination can roam free

Watch the wind as it subtly kisses the evergreen trees

Listen as the leaves sway

Their reaction to the breeze 

Each delicate sound making you feel more at ease

Take a sip of your favourite drink as you enjoy the present time

Relishing the taste and refreshment 

Truly sublime 

Watch the clouds above float on air

Way up high

Powder puffs fit for Angels

Drifting in divine skies

Feel the warmth of the sun as it caresses your tired skin

Gently close your eyes 

Enjoy the peace within

Then when your ready 

Be aware of the honey bee 

As he shares his joyful song 

Returning to his colony

Expressing gratitude for the present memories made 

Appreciating life and Natures Serenade
