Nature's Artistry

The flowers bow their pretty heads and rest for a while

Waiting patiently for the Sun to rise and feel her warm loving smile

Then they will awaken and lift their heads real high

Proudly displaying their beauty for all to see

Dancing and swaying as they are kissed by the breeze

The tranquility surrounding them is inviting and pure

Wonderful pine forests standing tall and strong

Their composition unified - where they belong

Rooted and wise with secrets to share

Their connection is true you can sense it there

An eagle flies overhead

Surveying the land

His call echoes through as he commands the skies

Snow capped mountains in the distance -a feast for your eyes

Soaring and navigating he’s the captain on the wind

A free spirit watching over his territory

The sweet scent of wild flowers perfuming the air

Fresh and lovely the aroma everywhere

The Deer rest deep within the forest terrain

Only to come out when the sun shines again

The evolving scene is breathtaking to view

A reminder of nature’s artistic flair

Far reaching and holistic as she touches everywhere

For many a magical waking scene

The Palette of colours fit for a dream

A canopy of pastel pinks and blues with subtle shades of lavender softly infused

Her mystical wand painting an evolving scene

A place for your imagination to roam free

Absorbing the senses, the sights, scents and sounds

Time standing still as you sit on the ground

The majesty of it all leave you spellbound xx
