Nature is waking up! Let's blow some cobwebs away!

?? I love March! The days are getting longer and a teensy bit warmer, people are getting out more and the gloom of winter is fading as we look to brighter days.

Not just brighter literally, but also (she whispers quietly) in the economy too, there are glimmers of hope.

I always feel it is the responsibility of the business owner - large and small to play a part in the economic recovery of our countries. We may only be a one wo/man band, but we can still create a business for good that can have a positive impact on the local and global communities.

As you know that is part of what we do at Collaboration Global making a positive impact by?partnering with charity B1G1 as we shared in our last newsletter.

So I urge you to look at ways you can make a positive impact with your business this month and beyond. As Rumi states it isn't about right or wrong, who 'should' be doing this or that, but more on what WE can be taking responsibility for.?

Forget?them others?focus on you and your impact and how you can create a business for good and the results will come flying your way.

?Especially when you build a supportive team around you. ??

?? As you come to the last month of this years 90?Day plan, have you done a review of the last 2 months yet?

Such a valuable practice to look back and celebrate the good along with finding why the not so good didn't work out quite the way you planned.

We do this as a practice every week in Collaboration Global. A space every Monday to write 3 commitments that you will be achieving - sometimes with a little help along the way. Then, on a Friday we look back at our week and see how we did.?

Have you noticed how we all have a tendency to look on the negative side and I often find myself thinking I've had a rubbish week, achieving next to nothing and yet when I take 5 minutes out to review I realise that actually it was pretty good after all.

So before you plough into March, just take a moment to look back over Feb and Jan to congratulate yourself on the good bits, be aware of the not so good bits and how you can overcome them and put any disasters to sleep, filed under life experience.
