"Nature itself is the best physician."
Hippocrates knew a thing or two way ahead of his time.
That great, Greek god (well OK, father but the alliteration isn't as good..) of medicine was all over green therapy.
Never was it more important to spend time in the great outdoors.
Immersing ourselves right in its heart.
We've become slaves to the technology devices that rule our lives and it's so bloody hard to break that bond.
I have a love-hate relationship with the little computer in my pocket.
Yet it's the biggest distraction in my life and that needs to change.
It's holding me back.
It's stopping me from being the best version of myself.
But what do to?
How do you manage this distraction?
