Nature Camouflage

A few years ago, my wife and I had the opportunity to visit the Gran Canyon in Arizona. It was a breathtaking experience, trying to contemplate this majestic wonder from Mother Nature. However, last year I had a similar experience, with something quite smaller.

One afternoon, I was reading in my backyard, when I heard a little noise coming from the fence, close to the trash bins. I went inside to grab my camera, trying not to disturb whatever was making this sound. Then, after searching for a while, I finally found this little pigeon doing her Spring duty inside the nest. Was amazing how calm she was around this very transited area of the house, only covered by branches and leaves from the fence creeper.

After that, I’m always trying to not miss any of these marvels around us. I hope that you today too, would take a moment to search for these especial messages from Mother Nature.
