Natural Ways To Calm Discomfort

HOW TO GET RID OF DISCOMFORT NATURALLY?

?Be honest the second you feel discomfort do you pop a pill? I use to! ?

Let’s change that, I am proof that it is possible. Consider trying one of these remedies below so your body doesn’t have to do overtime to compensate for the ?long term side effects that come with taking medications.

As we age & are active, sometimes we teak knees, necks, muscles and ligaments and experience discomfort and achy joints.

?

Or many your discomfort is more chronic caused by ?medical conditions such as arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, gout and injury.

Encouraging you to consider the risk and turn to more permanent natural solutions to keep discomfort free and moving, so you might not even need a quick fix. ?

I broke my wrist a few years back and after a few days I was able to walk my talk. I used a combination of these to bring me relief and repair.

1. Supplements – You might try turmeric, ginger or glucosamine as taken orally can reduce inflammation and provide additional nutrients to promote overall wellness and relief.

2. Topical REDOX Gel- Stimulates blood flow and increases it by 50% and can often give relief in 10 minutes or less. This has only four ingredients and works.?I use almost daily as a preventative for my fingers, knees and neck to stay discomfort free.

3. Heat Therapy – Applying heat to the area that is painful can provide relief from stiffness and reduce swelling in the joints. Heat therapy works best when done for short periods of time. Therma care are large pads from a drugstore that can be worn and give relief for hours. ?

4 Exercise – Regular exercise is an important part of managing joint pain and discomfort. Low-impact activities such as walking, yoga, stretching swimming, or cycling are great for those who have discomfort as they don’t place too much strain on the joints. Strengthening exercises also help the muscles surrounding the affected joint which can reduce further damage or stress to it.

5. Cold Therapy – cold therapy also may be beneficial in reducing inflammation around a particular joint. Best to use 10 minutes on and 10 minutes off so your skin doesn’t also end up inflamed. ?

6. Acupuncture/Massage – has the ability to stimulate nerve endings along specific pathways throughout our bodies helps improve circulation while reducing inflammation which makes it beneficial for people living with chronic pain associated with their joints. ?Massage techniques such as Swedish massage have been shown to aid in relaxation by releasing tension trapped within soft tissues around our muscles; this in turn helps alleviate muscle spasms which are often caused by everyday activity.
