What’s innate in you?

Do you know the song from the musical Annie Get Your Gun – “Doin’ What Comes Natur’lly?” It sings about how we don’t need to learn so much to be a success, but rather act on our instincts.

Last week the humanworks8 team did both…. We attended KolbeCon 2024 and learned about the latest in conation and the three parts of our minds. The learning elevated and reinforced not only what we believe about human beings, but also new ways to champion people and their natural ways of taking action with purpose in work that matters most to them.

You have a natural way that is unique to you. Want to lean in and learn, and do things more naturally?

I believe in some wisdom from someone I consider a mentor and guide - Kathy Kolbe. She used the word trust with me when we spoke in person last week. She has given me freedom. I will be forever grateful for our paths having crossed.

Let’s be our best selves. Let’s celebrate uniqueness. Let’s be more natural in our actions.
