Above picture shows my wife Sylvia, my daughter Liz and her son Kea. Kea worked for me this summer (2016) to provide for audio reading of the text .
To hear text read aloud, click the link below and install the "Read Aloud" extension for Chrome. Then click the orange loudspeaker icon in the upper right corner to read the webpage aloud.
Get NaturalReader (free) from APPS and pin its icon (light blue square with a white letter N) to the Task Bar. This you only need to do once. You can have the computer read the text to you by doing the following:
- Highlight (in blue) the portion of text to be read. Right click on the text and choose “Copy”.
- Left click on the NaturalReader icon (in the Task Bar). A new screen will appear.
- On the new screen, left click on “Add New” on top left, and then on “Blank” on top right. The whole screen becomes blank.
- Right click and choose “Paste” on the blank screen.
- Click on the triangle-shaped play button on the top of the screen.
Please print a copy of these instructions so you have a reference to look at when you execute the above instructions.
