Defence Ministers from NATO nations concluded their meeting in Brussels, setting the stage for the upcoming NATO Summit in The Hague in June.

Ministers discussed progress bolstering NATO's deterrence and defence and the robust defence plans to which all Allies have agreed. Defence ministers also discussed enhancing the defence industrial base on both sides of the Atlantic, recognising the need for a wartime mindset to ensure credible deterrence and defence in the face of growing security challenges.

In the NATO-Ukraine Council session with Ukrainian Defence Minister Rustem Umerov, Allies discussed the importance of continued support to Ukraine.

Now is the time for NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte?and President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen to step up in public against Donald Trump and his attack on Europe and the rest of the civilised world.??? Trump has de facto just killed NATO as well as Ukraine - and turned USA on another path together with the dictator in Russia. Now it is up to the remaining countries to rebuild a new strong and democratic NATO together with Ukraine.?

Please do everything to assist Ukraine! The future for stability and peace in Europe depends on a sovereign and free Ukraine

I am so happy to see the consensus for the full NATO support of Ukraine, I hope that NATO will include Ukraine as a full member in the very very near future.
