Nationwide Vehicle Contracts takes top honours at Broker News Awards 2023
Nationwide Vehicle Contracts , one of the UK's leading providers of car and van leasing, has been crowned Broker of the Year at the first-ever Broker News Awards.
The award winners were announced on 28 April at London’s Orrery Restaurant in front of nearly 90 guests, which saw Nationwide Vehicle Contracts top the list of businesses recognised for their achievements and successes, as well as celebrating the growing leasing broker sector.
The judging panel, chaired by Jane Pocock???? , UK and Ireland CEO for Copart Inc, had to assess high calibre submissions that showcased innovation, customer-centric strategies and leading-edge approaches to growing their businesses.
Commenting on the Broker of the Year winner judges said: “Nationwide Vehicle Contracts are simply the best in the business. They are a very well-established brand within the sector. They have sound business values, diversifying their approach when needed and are clearly striving to constantly future proof their customer proposition.”
Nationwide Vehicle Contracts also won the Best Volume Broker Award and Best Innovation Award for developing an AI tool to assist customers with their next vehicle.
Sam Ward won the Women in Broking Award for her impressive automotive career - including progression from a part-time role to managing director of Vansdirect in just six years. PAUL ISAACS won the special Editor’s Award for the humanity he demonstrated in his personal response, fundraising and practical help for the Ukraine crisis.

Alongside Jane, the judging panel included industry experts Steve Cocks from Lex Autolease , Chris Swallow from Novuna Vehicle Solutions , David Robertson from Leasys UK, Nickie Conde from Arval UK and Simon Leake of Drivalia UK.
