Nationwide Rents are Still Rising, Atlanta too.

We're in the middle of a pandemic but rents are declining. This is partly due to job losses not being nearly as widespread as in 2008. One change we're seeing in Atlanta is that larger apartment communities are seeing some price pressure but single family home rentals are seeing their demand increase.
