National Security Expert Ryan Mauro Seeks New Professional Challenge

Ryan Mauro is a seasoned national security professional and Biblical archaeologist with a passion for providing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Currently, Mauro serves as the Director of the Afghan Liberty Project, an initiative that has provided life-saving assistance to hundreds of Afghans in dire need due to the Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan. Aside from his work in national security, Mauro is the President of the Doubting Thomas Research Foundation, which studies Biblical archaeology and history. His passion for this field has led him to produce the highly acclaimed documentary “Finding the Mountain of Moses: The Real Mount Sinai in Saudi Arabia,” which has garnered over 7 million views and has been described by a top-rated media figure as “a game-changer for mankind.” Mauro continues his work in this area, researching possible evidence for Biblical historical accounts, with an emphasis on the story of Moses and the Exodus.

In addition to his work in the private sector, Mauro has served as an Adjunct Professor at Regent University, where he teaches classes on counter-terrorism and Political Science issues. His classes consist mostly of current or aspiring military, federal, or law enforcement personnel.

Mauro is also a well-known consultant to various government agencies, political campaigns, and policy-makers, providing his expertise on national security, foreign policy, and international developments. He has made numerous appearances on radio and TV programs from both the left and the right, including frequent segments on top-tier cable news programs. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence Studies, a Master's Degree in Political Science, and a Graduate Certificate in Middle East Studies, all from American Military University. As a subject matter expert on Islamist extremism, Mauro has served as the National Security Analyst & Intelligence Director for a nonprofit organization for almost a decade. In this capacity, he has overseen substantive activism, promoted dialogue with voices of tolerance in the Muslim world, provided effective messaging in media appearances, written expert analyses, and overseen intelligence collection and dissemination to law enforcement.
