Good morning....I have contacted this office in the last couple of weeks requesting for the waving of fees to study and take the NRA Servsafe Managers course. I represent 5200 women who are in the food service industry and we need to recert before this thing is over because our certs have expired. You have allowed the people who need the Food Handlers cert to study and take their exams free of charge but those of us.....5200 hundred of us out of work and no money coming in for who knows how long need to recert. I don't understand why this is so hard to get an answer to? I have women waiting to hear from me on this subject.

I need someone to answer this request. We don't have time to waste on this. 

There are a lot of us who will not be able to return to our jobs because we will not be compliant to the health depts. 

Some of us are the ONLY person in the house who is certified. 

We do not offer free Manager products. I can take all your information and submit it to A sales Rep to see if you qualify for a discount 

What is your full name, User id, Email, phone number, name of organization,?

We dont control unfortunatly the pricing for the products I need some information from you so that a Sales Rep can get in touch with you 

We have NO incomes.....so how is a discount going to work if you need to pay rent, food and take care of a family??????? 

So then why did you give Food Handlers for free????????

In regards to this request and oprtions of the products for Manager 

?????????????? I have had to teach it in every Culinary Arts program in many different schools....as a requirement....in DIFFERENT STATES?????? So how is it not national like the Managers?

 I've requested assistance from my supervisor in regard to your request. We in customer care are unable to clear /authorize such a request. What we can do is submit a sales request to have someone contact you directly with options

I will bring this to national media attention to show just how vulnerable the public is when it comes to their food safety in restaurants when we get NO SUPPORT in our time of need as managers and Exec Chefs and Chefs who make the food and mentor the teams in kitchens. 

Who do I need to contact....the President of the NRA?
