National Poomsae Seminar in Cardiff, Wales – Sunday 21st April 2024

British Taekwondo’s Poomsae Performance Department is pleased to confirm that GB High Performance Coach, Master Chan Sau will again be supporting the development of Poomsae in Wales alongside Regional Coaches Alan Lee and Bjorn Brunswick.

The Poomsae Performance Department Seminar will be taking place at Marlborough Primary School, Agincourt Road, Cardiff CF23 5BU on Sunday 17th March between 10am and 1pm.

All British Taekwondo members are invited to attend this session where the team will be sharing different training methods on how to improve your Poomsae both for competition and for grading.

The session is open to all British Taekwondo Members 6th Kup + (Green belt and above).

This session is also freely open to British Taekwondo club coaches to attend.
