Got a few things in common with George Best,

Irish Roots, left Winger, wore laced up boots

Played at Old Trafford, The Cottage and Hardcastle Road

Had a shirt with a crest to place upon my chest.

As well as the theatrical dreams, flag flying high'

What happened to me that september, was I to die?

Like the team I have great support

Was this a battle that I needn't have fought?

With Animo et Fide anything can be achieved

Together we can do this, ready for the day ahead

Don't be ashamed, as I am by your side

Put one foot in from of the other, take it in your stride

Remembering the good times with a cry or a smile

With courage & faith, we will win this game by a mile.
