The Summit kicked off with a welcome address from National Land Realty CEO Ronnie Richardson, setting the tone for an event packed with valuable discussions and networking opportunities.
The opening session featured a panel discussion with Land Broker Jeramy Stephens, Craig Kaiser of LandGate, and representatives from Chestnut Carbon, who explored reforestation initiatives and carbon sequestration opportunities—showcasing how unused farmland is being transformed into sustainable assets.
Attendees then split into breakout sessions led by National Land Realty professionals.

Day 2: Industry Trends, Technology, and Celebrating Success
The second day started with breakfast roundtable discussions hosted by Summit sponsors, providing an opportunity for attendees to network and exchange insights.
The first session of the day featured a panel discussion led by Head of Recruiting Logan Eaton with top-producing brokers Edward Weathers , Wayne Dunson, and Alec Wardenburg, who shared their strategies for building client relationships and growing their businesses.
Following a short break, Professor Scott Baier, Associate Dean of the John E. Walker Department of Economics at Clemson University , provided an economic outlook for 2025, discussing potential market shifts under the incoming Trump administration.
Later, Acres.com CEO Carter Malloy joined brokers Jeramy Stephens, ALC , Mike Martien, and Brian Neufeld to discuss how Acres’ platform is helping land professionals optimize their transactions and client interactions.
Awards Banquet & Recognizing Success
That evening, attendees came together for cocktail hour and a silent auction before the annual awards banquet.
