Focus on Safety Leadership for ESG Excellence

From March 4th to March 10th, we celebrate National Safety Week to raise awareness and educate people on various safety aspects. This year's theme is "Focus on Safety Leadership for ESG Excellence", which emphasizes leadership's role in creating a culture of safety that aligns with the organization's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. Safety leadership is not only a top-down approach but also a bottom-up one, where every employee is empowered and encouraged to take responsibility for their and others' safety.
