National Clean Air Day
National Clean Air Day is a day to raise awareness about the importance of clean air. It's also a day to take action to improve air quality
We often hear about the importance of clean air, but what does that really mean? In general, clean air refers to air that does not contain harmful pollutants such as PM2.5 & PM10.
What is PM2.5 & PM10?
PM 2.5 is a form of air pollution that is made up of tiny particles that are 25 times smaller than a human hair. These particles can come from a variety of sources, including factories, power plants, cars, and even forest fires. Once in the air, these particles can be breathed in and cause a variety of health problems, including respiratory infections, heart disease, and even cancer.
PM10 is particulate matter that is 10 mms or less in diameter. It can be inhaled and cause health problems. PM10 is made up of many different types of particles, including dust, pollen, soot, and smoke. Exposure to PM10 can cause a variety of health problems, including respiratory infections , asthma, and other respiratory problems. It can also cause heart disease, stroke, and cancer. Children, the elderly, and people with pre-existing health conditions are especially at risk for health problems from exposure
There are a number of ways to reduce exposure to PM10. These include avoiding outdoor activities during periods of high air pollution, using air purifiers indoors, and wearing a mask when outdoors.

How to measure air quality.
One way to monitor the level of PM2.5 in the air is to use an air quality sensor
Air quality sensors are becoming increasingly popular as people become more aware of the dangers of air pollution. In many cities, there are now laws in place that require businesses to monitor the level of air pollution
