What do you think about Mears’ apprenticeship opportunity?
The Mears apprenticeship scheme is excellent. At every step I’ve been supported and guided by a fantastic team. They will always go out their way to help if I’m struggling. The scheme also allows good flexibility around college and my course work.

My day starts at 8:30am. I will complete my set tasks and extra ones throughout the day. I also provide help and support by answering the phones to tenants and customers. Every day I will spend 30 minutes completing college work, apart from Friday when I get one hour. I finish my day at 5pm.
