Narendra Modi resolve to fight against Corruption to the Finish ?

Dear Global Citizens, It is indeed a matter of great pride and a sense of immense satisfaction that Narendra Modi, the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India is stressing & pursuing his continuous resolve more aggressively in each election meeting / campaign / road show during the Lok Sabha Elections of 2024 that are under way and also during his many interviews given TV Channels / Magazines / News Papers Social Portals etc. in last 01 month or so. It is a well know fact that India became one among the most corrupt nation due to a misrule or an ill governance for a long period during Congress regimes in India ran under the control of 01 dynast family and by virtue of that many dynast families followed the same type of governance model in many states of India, hence, the corruption has eaten the roots of India progress & prosperity like termite. It is so unfortunate that India did not progress to its potential rather got behind to many nations due to the same in 67 years before 2014.

A hope took birth and a bright light appeared on the horizon of India when people of India brought a change in the government at Centre with a decisive majority after 30 years of collation government in 2014 Lok Sabha Elections and elected the most popular leader of BJP who was heading the campaign of BJP as designated Hon'ble Prime Minister of India. Since then there is no looking back as his pursuit of a candid fight against corruption started immediately just after being sworn in as the Prime Minister of India. There is no case of corruption against him & his government so far and the governance model adopted made a huge difference in plucking the leakages through DBT which is staggering at 03 lakh crores but if you take by the Congress standards as the former Prime Minister Rajeev Gandhi once said in 1986 that only 15 paisa reaches to the poor out of 01 rupee ( 100 paisa) that is sanctioned by the Government of India at last mile, so, from that the Modi government in last 10 years has saved nearly 25 lakh to 30 lakh crores. So, what a difference it brought in to reduce corruption at such a large scale.

There have been consistent efforts of investigating agencies against the corrupts as they are provided a free hand with no political interference in last 10 years and this independence has brough most amazing results and ED has attached properties / cash / assets worth 01 lakh 25,000 crores so far and out of which 17,000 crores has been distributed to those from whom it was looted through corruption / frauds / scams etc. . So, it is indeed a huge success and now the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is assuring the people of India during 2024 election campaign that if he gets back as a Prime Minister for the 03rd term, he shall distribute this confiscated / attached, properties / assets / cash to the people to whom it is meant and from those it has been looted through corruption by the corrupts. He has sighted 03 examples during his interviews that as money has been taken in the case of Land in Exchange of providing jobs to the Youth by Shri Lalu Yadav in railways during his tenure as the Railway minister of India in a scam that is finding trails of crime. The 2nd case is as the present government in Kerala has misappropriated huge amount of money deposited in Co-operative Banks by the poor of Kerala and the middle class people and it is also finding crime trails of this huge corruption. The 03rd one is as the money taken in teachers recruitment of 25,000 teachers vacancies in West Bengal by the TMC government and it has established crime trails and HHC (Hon'ble High Court) of West Bengal has cancelled this recruitment scheme as huge amount of money has been recovered from the houses of TMC Ministers in raids conducted by the ED. So, Narendra Modi has promised to the people that if he gets back as Prime Minister of India 03rd time and he will as it is 100 % assured, so, he is trying to find ways that how this money / properties / assets attached of these corrupts could be returned to the people from whom it has been looted through legal means and for that he is seeking legal opinions. So, it is indeed a great statement made in the public and it is a Modi Guarantee as people have complete / an ultimate faith in him that what Narendra Modi says it is being done 100% and going to be done. So, the Narendra Modi fight against corruption has touched new heights now at a tipping point as either Now Or Never at a large scale as it is most crucial for unleashing full potential of India & Indians to make Bharat, A Vik sit Bharat by 2047 for which Narendra Modi has a vision and working extremely hard in a mission mode with all his ministers and the government administration providing an efficient, transparent & accountable governance model that is completely corruption free.

I would like to request Narendra Modi ji that please have the same attention & action for the Home Loan Consumers of DHFL so that they get rebate in the interest rates on home loans as collected by the DHFL between 2009-10 to 2021 as DHFL increased interest rates abnormally ( from 9.0 % to 13.5 %) & harassed the Home Loans Consumers with a threat of initiating action under SARFAESI Act 2002 and it ( the increase in interest rates on Home Loans of DHFL time) must not be perused by the PCHFL ( The Piramal Capitals & Housing Finance Ltd) also and PCHFL must not initiate an action under Sarfaesi Act 2002 against any Home Loan Consumer shifted to them in a Reverse Merger with DHFL. The DHFL has frauded Income Tax Payers, The Innocent people of India as looting banks and the Home Loan Consumers by charging the huge interest rate even on the consumers those were shifted to DHFL from Deutsche Post Bank Home Loan Business as it was merged with DHFL under a scheme or design of fraud in mind on the people of India as looting money from a consortium of 17 banks headed by Union Banks of India and on the other hands charging huge interest rates to the DHFL Home Loan Consumers. It is pertinent to mention that PCHFL has acquired DHFL at a haircut of 46% ,so, the same rebate to be offered to the Home Loan Consumers or at least not to charge them at a higher rate that was signed by them in an agreement with Deutsche Post Bank initially.

It shall be a great relief to the Home Loan Consumers those are from lower middle class and the middle class.

Request Honble Prime Minister, Honble Finance Minister and the Honble Governor of Reserve Bank of India to kindly look in to this matter and get the forensic audit of DHFL accounts between 2010-11 to 2021 that how much interest they have increased and shifted to the Home Loan Consumers and how they are threatening consumers for an action under Sarfeasi Act 2002.

Sarfaesi Act 2002 needs to be changed or replaced and consumers must be allowed to fight cases at Consumer Courts at places of their residences.
