NAQEL Express by SPL, a subsidiary of the SPL Group, has forged a strategic alliance with The National Parcel Stations Network Company (NPSN) under the brand name Parcelat to improve delivery operations across the Kingdom that enable our customers more flexibility on how and where they want their parcels delivered.
Parcel locker services have emerged as an innovative approach, changing how customers receive and send packages. 2 个月I had a very bad experience with NAQEL Express, and unfortunately, it seems like no one is responding to customer issues. I placed an order with a store, and the couriers were supposed to contact me to let me know when I could receive my order. However, what happens is that they only contact me at the time of delivery, without any prior notice, assuming that I will be available at the time they choose (which is highly unprofessional and forces the customer to be at the pickup location). Even if the customer leaves the location temporarily during the day for any reason! Another terrible experience I had with one of their couriers was that he literally didn't listen to anything I said over the phone. Whenever I asked him when he would deliver, he would simply say "I don't know" and refuse to discuss the delivery time! Am I really supposed to wait for this "VIP" courier until 10 PM every time to receive my order?
