Names & Labels

I have been called and labelled over the years and I know there will be more to come.

They called me fat, slow, introvert, antisocial, different, special, nervous, crazy, snobbish, arrogant, intolerable, aggressive, competitive, harsh, cold, strong, intimidating, conservative, impatient, bitter, demanding, emotional, vulnerable, needy, mysterious, unpredictable, boring, serious, unaccomplished, mistaken, unfulfilled, repelling, blunt, inconsiderate, provoking, opinionated, and most of all tough...

I have been occasionally called nice, kind, warm, soft, beautiful, sexy, welcoming, hospitable, mindful, intellectual, smart, feminine, giving, caring, tender, strong, motivating, protecting, supportive, reliable, hardworking, trustworthy, funny, interesting, fresh, tolerant, bright, sharp, adaptable, lovable, addictive, fair, righteous, accomplished, independent, broadminded, accepting and most of all tough...

Some are true, others may be mistaken
Some say what they know, while others evoke what they fear
Some see through my soul, while others will see through me
Some call and others label

And in the end what it all proves is that no matter what I am called, it does not call upon who I am, what I am about and how far I am destined to go...

They call as they may and I only answer to the calling of my inner belief of my true person...

And yes... I have to be ‘tough’ to deny all that calling and move on!!

In a world where people pay to own labels and with all the labels people grant me... I must be really worthy, lavish and extra costly to have!!!
